I met a guy and we developed such a good friendship and now I think it might be over. Just last week I told him that I had strong feelings for him. Try to know quietly which feeling he really has for the other girl and what he really feels for you. If he showed emotions even the opposite of what you have expected, it means you are important in his life.
You're going through a rough patch at the moment but as they say time will heal your wounds. I'm sure that your friendship with him remains intact and that you have not lost it completely.
Bottom line: Give yourself a couple of days reprieve to have a long think about the situation and what you want to say to him when you do make contact.
